		<description>If our business has to pay more taxes and the FICA taxes increase their treshhold, the first thing that will happen is we will be forced to lay people off. A small business just can&#039;t print money in the sky to pay for all this.
The employees will ultimately pay, the owners will have less money to spend on growing the business, the business will shrink and the economy will just decline.</description>
